Lying is not a crime. Politicians do it all the time - on both sides. Trump isn't even on trial. So, he cannot perjury himself. If you all think he "lied" to the American people, that is not call perjury. He hasn't even been convicted of an crimes. Obstruction of Justice is a FELONY. Add this one to the violation of Federal Election laws.....we now have multiple felonious Liar in Chief....

18 U.S.C. § 1503
Someone obstructs justice when that person has a specific intent to obstruct or interfere with a judicial proceeding. For a person to be convicted of obstructing justice, that person must not only have the specific intent to obstruct the proceeding, but that person must know (1) that a proceeding was actually pending at the time; and (2) there must be a connection between the endeavor to obstruct justice and the proceeding, and the person must have knowledge of this connection.
§ 1503 applies only to federal judicial proceedings. Under 18 U.S.C. § 1505, however, a defendant can be convicted of obstruction of justice by obstructing a pending proceeding before Congress or a federal administrative agency. A pending proceeding could include an informal investigation by an executive agency.
So, how is Trump obstructing justice? Oh...by lying? Politicians lie all the time. Past and present. If that is the case, we may as well indict all the Democrats for lying. Maybe we should impeach each and one of them. That would include Comey, Brennan, Obama and the entire Democrat Party in the past decade.

Okay imbeciles, Mueller did not make a decision one way or another so the DOJ Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General made the decision, no obstruction no crime. AG Barr stated that he did not agree with Mueller's legal analysis. Lawyers and judges disagree on the law all the time, even the SCOTUS justices. And since the AG and assistant AG are Mueller's boss just suck it.

It’s political and legal double talk that means nothing and does not change the fact there was no collusion and Mueller punted on obstruction and the AG and Deputy AG looked at his findings and said no on obstruction.
Then impeach him before one of your agenda driven buddies attends another club and makes you his group's biatch again.
