While voting by mail has been around since before the founding of America (Massachusetts in the 1600's), it came to significant use during the Civil War. Lincoln won, helped by the fact that soldiers voted in field hospitals and camps UNDER SUPERVISION. LOL.

The dollar losing value? What world do you live in, was at a record high in September, have seen some pullback as the Fed dropped the rate of the rate hikes. But seriously, what world do you live in?
