National Primate Research Centers (NPRCs) are a horror show. Seven of them here in America, funded by the NIH. Here in America they "use" about 70,000 primates! Per year! In studies of the brain. The untold horror that these "non human primates" are put through is truly disturbing. These primates are not mice getting hormone treatments, these are animals that closely resemble human beings, tortured for profit.... tortured...70,000 per year!!!! Trust the science hey? I may have gotten off topic, but I believe that when we are discussing "funding issues" regarding "transgender monkeys", I felt compelled to speak up for my fellow American primates. It is doubtful that any of the primates would choose to be "transgendered". But here comes the "scientist" with a DICK SAW !!!!! But, back to the OP.. yeah .. we ARE spending tax dollars on scientist breaking out the DICK SAW for a gosh darn monkey. Interesting times.
