HARRISBURG – Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R-Bellefonte) and Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee Chair Cris Dush (R-Jefferson) issued the following statement today after filing a petition to compel the Department of State to comply with a subpoena for information relevant to the committee’s election investigation:


“Throughout the past several months since our investigation began, the Wolf Administration, Senate Democrats and Attorney General Shapiro have unfairly denied a co-equal branch of government the tools necessary to repair the vulnerabilities of our election system. Today’s legal action is intended to finally bring their needless delays and continued obstruction to an end.


“It is an embarrassment to our Commonwealth that the Department of State still refuses to comply with a legal, legitimate subpoena from a co-equal branch of government. The fact that the Department wouldn’t even turn over basic information included in the subpoena without pages upon pages of unexplained redactions shows they have no respect for the legislature or the courts. They should not be allowed to thumb their nose at the other two branches of government with impunity.

Not a conspiracy in anyway. Just a demand to help make elections more secure by looking at the information the SOS has no right to withhold.

The truth of the matter is simple.
If there was no fraud in the 2020 election, why have PM/DSA Democrats and the appointed judiciary blocked search for evidence.
It seems that if there was no fraud in the election, they would be more than willing to prove it, rather than block the investigations.

No election even the smallest hasn't an element of cheating in it. To suggest otherwise is to make an ass of yourself. Anyone studying the history of elections would know that the process of holding elections began with cheating. A century ago, they used to have people in NYC who basically went around and TOLD you who you were going to vote for. There was a criminal element surrounding elections, and the impetus was not counting valid votes accurately or fairly but in getting YOUR guy into office.

It was an exercise in special interests backed by private money---- the very ESSENCE of corruption.

Over the decades, all that has changed is that the fraud has become more subtle, sophisticated and more concealed. The move from mechanical voting machines and paper ballots was sold as making elections more impartial, free of corrupt influences, but of course, the real intention was to do the very opposite. Once in the digital domain of computing, all things are possible now and with the ability to cover your tracks.

Not only has the fraud of 2020 been proven 10X over to anyone reading all the evidence, but clearly, those resisting Voter ID and audits are obviously aware of this and running for cover trying to hide the truth.
