I'm a little late to this thread/party, but to my way of thinking the GOP ought to block legislation that should be blocked but pass that which should be passed if it is in the country's best interest. It's one thing to resist overspending and/or bad legislation that they cannot in good faith with their constituents support; but it is another to block everything just because Biden and the Dems want it. I am totally fucking tired of political gamesmanship where each side tries to make the other look bad. Fuck that, how about they just do what is right? And that does not mean everything the Dems want to do is wrong, nor does it mean it is right either. I get that politics is always in play, but it shouldn't be at our expense.
