Lots of things to consider in this question.

With Trump in the White House, do the Reps now try to get their fire-breathing speaker who will vote to repeal student loans (for example)? Theoretically they can ram such a measure through thus eventually expanding the GOP base of uneducated voters (not to mention expanding the number of Dollar General stores).

Why would the government help young adults help solve their financial crisis because of poor choices and lack of understanding on how basic consumer math works? Perhaps this money should be shifted to education to teach children about real-life outcomes in math instead of forcing them to accept that boys can become girls.

If the GOP keeps the house...why would they need the dems help?

The House is still filthy with Neocons so don't expect Johnson to be removed from his position.
But expect them to be on board for a Trump Agenda ( even with 25-45 Socially Liberal Republicans holding seats )

I expect the second administration to be little different from the first. Thus, no wall, no swamp draining, no mass deportation, more debt, and higher trade deficits.
