When I saw your thread, I paused and then music filled my mind, something I originally heard circa 2001. What are the chances

Sure enough. If everybody became humble they could easily be controlled. There would be no need for violence, or commerce. We could live in happy la la land all the time. People just don’t easily surrender their autonomy, not even “God’s People”.
