That would make it a defacto public schoolI'm ok with vouchers as long as all students who wish to attend are accepted. It's called fairness across the board.
Yep but that's what they would have to do.That would make it a defacto public school
If you get an opportunity , there is a documentary currently being broadcast on tubi entitled " fail state " that reviews the history of higher education and the debacle of for profit universities and trade schools , after federal and state moneys were no longer directly invested in those institutions with regulatory standards and were instead transitioned to financial support directly to students that ended up being exploited in numerous ways .By “if private schools take taxpayer money” I assume you mean vouchers
But that is not a direct supplement by government to the school
The money is given to the parents who then decide which school to send their children to
Not at allYep but that's what they would have to do.
I’m sure there is some risk" Government Giving Away Money Without Expecting Standards Or Results "
* Saddled With Debt And No Future For Lucrative Earnings By Privateers *

Sure, and the public teachers can judge shop as a delaying actionWe'll see how that plays out in the courts
Sure, and the public teachers can judge shop as a delaying action
But that wont stop it from happening
Disabled students can take the voucher to sny school that accepts themIf you want private schools to keep disabled children out our party is decimated even worse than the Democrats were just destroyed. There will be no comeback.
For real, pick your battles.
Because they're accepting taxpayer $.Not at all
Why would they have to?
They dont have to accept the studentBecause they're accepting taxpayer $.
What you're aiming for is schools for the high performing g well to do kids to heck with the rest as our beloved corporations believe they are entitled to a low wage workforce.
Then they don't get tax dollars. They dont have to accept the student
If the law says they do then we’ll change the law
But the private schools will get the moneyThen they don't get tax dollars.
And you will accept all those who apply. There's no special rules that's called discrimination. But the private schools will get the money
If we have to change the law we will
I think you are mistaken about thatAnd you will accept all those who apply. There's no special rules that's called discrimination.
Are you sure that is not blubbering like a democrat for inner cities ?I’m sure there is some risk
But the public schools are so bad that the reward exists also
That would require legislation. There is only one way to break a monopoly, and that is by introducing it to competition.
Enough talk.
The GOP needs to make Federal Education money dependent on states having robust school voucher programs.
Don't have a voucher program, you get NOTHING $$$$, not a cent!!!
