Look at red states non segregated in the year 2016, non racist for the most part, we live next to each other, worked together, worship together,play together.

South Carolina has the only black senator ...

Blue states: pure segregation of neighbor hoods, lucky to see a person of color in the suburbs, work apart, worship apart, play apart. Way more racism.


Is this the democrat plan? Keep blacks to hate whites, police so they keep voting for democrats?

Yes. And it is also their plan for those invading our country. Google, Immigrants Win Votes and see who is behind it yet again.
Just because Hillary parades blacks around the stage for a visual, doesn't mean she intends to do anything for them if she is elected. The democrats don't see people, they see voting blocks.
If Obama did nothing for blacks why would they think Hitlery is going to be any different?
