....All my years in IDF I was taught one thing - KILL PALESTINIANS!
Really?
That says it all, "KILL PALESTINIANS"- no differentiation between fighter and non-combatant, man or woman or child, kill them
all?
I see.
"IDF", has one more letter than "SS" but according to you, apparently the same philosophy when it comes to semites.
Thank you for confirming what I've long suspected.
Ever read the Koran and hadiths that command the muslims to " KILL THE JEWS "
Sahih Bukhari Hadith Volume 4, Book 52, Number 176: Narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "You (i.e. Muslims) will fight with the Jews till some of them will hide behind stones. The stones will (betray them) saying, 'O 'Abdullah (i.e. slave of Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so kill him.'" Sahih Bukhari Hadith Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177: Narrated by Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."
Qur'an 4:089: They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.
Yes I have as it happens, and the Bible and the Guru granth sahib. of course I don't remember them verbatim, but I found that the trick is to read the entire surah, not just take verses out of context and use them as "evidence" of "evil intent". This is bad scholarship and is intellectually lazy.
Take your verse 4:89, for example and put it in context with 88 and 90 and you get the following:
(4:88) What is the matter with you that you are two groups concerning the hypocrites, while Allah has made them fall back into error and disbelief for what they earned. Do you wish to guide those whom Allah has sent astray? And he whom Allah sends astray - never will you find for him a way of guidance.
(4:89) They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.
(4:90) Except for those who take refuge with a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty or those who come to you, their hearts strained at the prospect of fighting you or fighting their own people. And if Allah had willed, He could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So if they remove themselves from you and do not fight you and offer you peace, then Allah has not made for you a cause for fighting against them.
See, changes the whole meaning of 4:89 doesn't it?
Hadiths don't carry the same weight as the Koran, and the ones quoted relate to "end times" prophesies. Basically, in Islamic belief at the end of days, after the 2nd coming of the prophet Jesus, there will be only two groups of people; one following him (Muslims, submitters, and obedients) and the othergroup will be against him, following "Dajjal" (Anti-christ). Since Jewish people are still waiting for their messiah, a lot of them will side with the anti-christ and not Jesus, therefore bad things are likely to happen to them.
Given that mainstream Muslim scholars are
still debating the meanings behind these hadiths, only the lunatic fringes of Islam, Christianity and Judaism take them seriously in any way.
