ICE nabs another radical racist Arab Islamist "palestine" genocidal-Hamas promoter: MOHSEN MAHDAWI

Apr 1920.

A Christian Arab observer describes the Jerusalem riot as follows:

Afterwards I saw one Hebronite approach a Jewish shoeshine boy, who hid behind a sack in one of the [Old City] wall's corners next to Jaffa Gate, and take his box and beat him [the shoeshine boy] over the head. He screamed and began to run, his head bleeding and the Hebronite left him and returned to the procession.... The riot reached its zenith. All shouted, "Muhammad's religion was born with the sword." ... I immediately walked to the municipal garden.... My soul is nauseated and depressed by the madness of mankind.'

Wrong. There is a hearing connected to all deportations. When an illegal is determined subject to deportation, that is the end of the process. It's not like they are just randomly picking these people up off the streets.

What you object to is a hearing where an attorney can endlessly appeal and drag out the process.

None of these people needed any hearings to illegally enter this country now, did they?

Wrong.
Kilmar and all of those sent to El Salvador had no hearing.
If they would have had a hearing, then they would have discovered the protection order preventing deportation of Kilmar.
In fact, it was also illegal to deport him since his wife and 2 children were all US citizens.

The point is that to apply for asylum, you have to enter the US illegally, but that is not a crime if you register and apply for asylum.

No connection between the ancient Philistines and Arab immigrants.

The Romans changed the name from Israel after destruction of 2nd Temple.

The Moslems barred the Jews especially during WW2. The infamous White Paper to limit immigration was issued in 1939 because of Arab terror.

On April 4, 1920, at the peak of the Nebi Musa festival, for which tens of thousands of pilgrims annually streamed into the area, anonymous Arabic-language notices began circulating in Jerusalem stating, “The Government is with us, [the British general Edmund] Allenby is with us, kill the Jews; there is no punishment for killing Jews.” Then, as the American foreign-policy expert Bruce Hoffman documented in his 2015 book Anonymous Soldiers:

By mid-morning, a large Arab crowd had gathered just outside Jaffa Gate. Egged on by tendentious speakers from the nearby Arab Club, the crowd began to chant the rhyming Arabic couplet “Palestine is our land, the Jews are our dogs!”

Holding up a picture of Faisal, Haj Amin al-Husseini—whom the British would appoint grand mufti of Jerusalem the next year—shouted, “This is your king!” Others in the crowd proclaimed, “Faisal is our king!” A newspaper editor and enthusiastic Arab nationalist, Aref al-Aref, cried “If we don’t use force against the Zionists and against the Jews, we will never be rid of them.” The frenzied crowd began shouting “We will drink the blood of the Jews.” The two ingredients—packed streets and fervent instigation—combusted. The pogrom had begun.

Thousands of Arabs ran through the Jerusalem streets, throwing stones at Jews, destroying Torah scrolls, setting a yeshiva and several houses on fire, breaking into buildings, looting, and so on. They did so for four days, from April 4 to April 7, with little intervention from the British authorities until the very end. By the time the riots were over, five Jews and four Arabs were dead, and hundreds more Jews injured, some critically.

Jews in Jerusalem not protected.

Beyrouth, Syria, April 20, 1920.
The British Government has formally requested the "Near East Relief to continue the operation of the Jerusalem orphanage for another year, according to Major Nicol, Director of the Near East Relief here. Major Nicol is making the agreement with the British authorities covering this work. Conditions in Jerusalem sre reported to be exceedingly disturbed. The recent riots which began on Easter Sunday (the second day of the Passover) and have continued sporadically ever since, resulted in the violation of two Jewish women, the death of three Jews end the wounding of some 250 persons. Looting has followed the rioting, and the Arabs are said to be pillaging the houses and shops of the Jewish residents. It is reported that the Arabian police did nothing to protect the Jewish inhabitants, but rather encouraged violence.

1929 Hebron massacre on non zionist pious ultra-orthodox Jews:

On the afternoon of the August 23, an Arab mob broke into the Yeshiva, and killed the only student who had remained there, Shmuel Rozenholtz, a conscientious, young yeshivah bachur who had prepared for Shabbat early and had gone to the yeshivah to review the parashah. As the Arabs made their way back through the streets, an Arab who had participated in the murder of Rosenholtz boasted, "Too bad we found only one boy. Tomorrow the number will be higher." Although there were no further killings that night, the Jews were besieged in groups of up to 40 people scattered around homes in the city center. Shortly after 8am on August 24, frenzied Arab mobs, with axes, knives and iron bars, screamed, "Kill the Jews!" They broke into the homes where the Jews were sheltering and stabbed and mutilated everyone they found they found. The mob that rampaged through the city included respected Arab merchants and "good neighbors" who killed their friends, clients and business associates.

When the massacre began, the Palestinian Police presence in Hebron consisted of 18 mounted police and 15 on foot, commanded by one British policeman, Raymond Cafferata. Except for one Jew and Cafferata, all of the police constables were Arabs. The mob went from house to house, while the Arab police stood by, watching the slaughter. Some of them spurred on the rioters and even participated in the riots. The British police officer said in his testimony afterwards:

"On hearing screams in a room I went up a sort of tunnel passage and saw an Arab in the act of cutting off a child's head with a sword. He had already hit him and was having another cut, but on seeing me he tried to aim the stroke at me, but missed; he was practically on the muzzle of my rifle. I shot him low in the groin. Behind him was a Jewish woman smothered in blood with a man I recognized as an Arab police constable named Issa Sherif from Jaffa. He was standing over the woman with a dagger in his hand. He saw me and bolted into a room close by and tried to shut me out, shouting in Arabic, "Your Honor, I am a policeman!" I got into the room and shot him."
Believing they would be safer, many people had gathered in the home of one of the rabbis, Eliezer Dan Slonim Dwek. However, in that house alone, twenty-two men, women and children were slaughtered, including Eliezer Dan himself, his wife, Hannah, one of their children (aged 6) and Hannah’s parents. Hannah’s sister, aged fifteen, "was pushed into a closet by Lezer Yanishker - one of the students in the Yeshivah. Yanishker, twenty-four years old, powerfully built, was known as the giant of the Yeshivah. He held the girl confined in the closet during the massacre. When she saw her parents killed - she was watching through a crack in the door of the closet - she would have screamed. Yanishker held her mouth, held it so tightly that her lips were swollen and distorted for weeks after. When the Arabs had done slaughtering they turned to plunder. They tried to open the unlocked door of the closet. Yanishker held its handle inside [with such strength] that they gave up trying to pry the door open. He saved his own and the girl's life thereby - much more than he could have done, despite his physical prowess, had he tried to face the armed killers."

In another house, the mob gouged out the eyes of Gershon Ben-Zion, the Hebron pharmacist, and stabbed him over and over again; then they cut off his wife's hands and killed her. They also tortured his daughter, and then murdered her "in a strange and cruel way." American journalist Van Paassen was one of the first to arrive after the massacre and saw the results of the "strange and cruel" killings - when he arrived back in Jerusalem and heard the government and Arabs had published a refutation of the rumors that the dead Jews had been tortured and mutilated "this made me rush back to [Hebron] accompanied by two medical men, Dr. Dantziger and Dr. Ticho. I intended to gather up the severed sexual organs and the cut-off women's breasts we had seen lying scattered over the floor and in the beds. But when we came to Hebron a telephone call from Jerusalem had ordered our access barred." He also reported that the Arabs had draped blood-drenched female underwear around the pictures in the Slonim household.

One survivor, Yosef Lazarovski, then only a young child, recounted: "I remember a brownskinned Arab with a large mustache breaking through the door. He had a large knife and an axe that he swung through the doorjambs until he broke through. [He was] full of fury, screaming, "Allah akbar!" and "Itbach al Yahud!" [Slaughter the Jews!] I understood all this; my grandfather tried to hold my hand, then [he tried] to push me aside [and hide me], screaming, "Shema Yisrael"…and then I remember another Arab… with an axe that he brought down on my grandfather’s neck…"

One Arab policeman stood outside a house and even hinted to rioters to continue as they wish. Rabbi Grodzinski was murdered and abused, they poked out his left eye, smashed his brain and his blood was splattered on the ceiling and walls. Many women were raped. One young woman who finished the seminary in Jerusalem and returned for vacation to her parents' home, was raped by thirteen... in front of her parents, they then killed her father and seriously injured her mother. One girl begged the murderers to kill her and when they "felt sorry for her" they rattled her stomach and burned her intestines. The rioters attacked the baker and burned his head in a primus stove which they lit, set him on fire, and when they saw that he was still alive, they beat his intestines with daggers.

It wasn't till around midday on August 24 that British reinforcements arrived. The survivors were eventually gathered at the police station, which itself came under attack; one small child was shot and killed while sheltering there. They were under siege for three days. On the evening of August 25 they dug 5 mass graves to bury their dead. The graves became known as Kever Achim ("Tomb of the Brothers"). At some point between 1948 and 1967, when Hebron was under Jordanian rule, Arabs dug up the graves and planted a vegetable garden on the site where the graves had been. After the Six Day War, the Israelis rebuilt the cemetery.

That is all lies.
The Assyrian, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Seleucids are on record defeating the Hebrew and making them leave, so by the time the Romans got there, there were only a handful of Hebrew.
So the Romans made a fake entity of Juda with a Roman named Herod to pretend to be king.
The reality is Herod only claimed to convert to Judaism, but was really just another Roman.

The Hebron massacre was started by Zionists who murdered a native strawberry vendor over a price dispute. The death toll was even, because the natives were unarmed and the invading Zionists were armed.

Clearly the 1922 census said there were fewer than 5% Jews in Palestine. And there had not been any significant number of Jews in Palestine since the Diaspora Decree of 160 AD.

The Israelis are fake Zionists mostly from Poland and Russia.

There is absolutely no possible confusion about who started all the violence in the Mideast.
The violence was entirely caused by illegal, immigrant, Zionist, invaders like Menachim Begin, who blew up the British peacekeepers in the King David Hotel.

Wrong.
Kilmar and all of those sent to El Salvador had no hearing.
He had too many hearings. The guy was years overdue to be deported.

If they would have had a hearing, then they would have discovered the protection order preventing deportation of Kilmar.
Moot. As part of the now-declared terror gang MS-13, that nullifies his "protection order." It's a big world out there--- I'm sure he can live somewhere besides the USA.

In fact, it was also illegal to deport him since his wife and 2 children were all US citizens.
BULLSHIT. He had no business having a "wife" and kids here.

The point is that to apply for asylum, you have to enter the US illegally, but that is not a crime if you register and apply for asylum.
He never applied for asylum. And more to the point, if he didn't like our laws, all he had to do was GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The punk is not entitled to nothing.

Freed Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdawi accused of telling gun shop owner that he used to ‘kill Jews’ in Palestine: court docs.
By Emily Crane.
Published May 1, 2025

Freed Palestinian Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdawi was once accused of telling a Vermont gun store owner that he used to “kill Jews while he was in Palestine” with modified automatic firearms that he built himself, court documents allege.

The allegations were laid bare in court papers filed Wednesday as the Trump administration unsuccessfully sought to keep Mahdawi in custody following his arrest for leading anti-Israel protests on the Ivy League campus.

In arguing their case, the Trump admin honed in on a visit Mahdawi made to the gun store in the summer of 2015, which resulted in the owner alerting local cops, the filing states.

“The gun shop owner told Windsor, Vermont, police officers that Mr. Mahdawi had visited his store twice, expressing an interest in learning more about firearms and buying a sniper rifle and an automatic weapon and that he ‘had considerable firearm experience and used to build modified 9mm submachine guns to kill Jews while he was in Palestine’,” the papers charge.

The owner also gave cops the name of another gun enthusiast who’d allegedly had a similar conversation with Mahdawi at a firearm museum where he volunteered.

Of course they can, because you can't legally deport anyone unless a judge rules in favor of the deportation.
That’s untrue. Since Clinton’s 1996 immigration reform there is something called expedited deportation

TAMMUZ 25 5706 - JULY 23, 1946, ONE DAY AFTER BOMBING:

Message:
A. On Tammuz 24, 5706, at 12:05, soldiers of the National Military Organization attacked the centers of British government: the General Secretariat of the occupation government and the General Headquarters of the occupation army.
The attack was carried out during a battle with the British army and police guards.
B. According to the pre-determined plan, the explosive device was activated only half an hour after it was placed in the attacked building.
C. Immediately after the device was placed, telephone warnings were given to the King David Hotel's telephone center, to the newspaper companies, to telegraph agencies, and to the French Consulate, which is located next door to the hotel. In addition, a (harmless) warning bomb was dropped in front of the hotel's plaza, to alert its residents and to keep the public away from the area.
D. The tragedy that occurred in the civilian offices of the occupation government was not caused by the Hebrew soldiers, who performed their duties with courage and self-sacrifice, and who observed with soldierly rigor the instructions given to them regarding the time required to evacuate the building as civilians; it was caused by the British enslavers themselves, who did not heed the warning and did not evacuate the building, according to the advice of their military "experts", who took it upon themselves to evacuate the bombing mechanisms, the slightest touch of which was bound to cause an explosion. Even against this touch, warnings were placed on large signs in three languages.
E. The telephone warnings were given at 12.10-12.15. And if the British liars' statement is correct. that the great explosion occurred at 12.37, then even then they had 22 (twenty-two) minutes to evacuate the building of its residents and employees.
Therefore, the responsibility for the loss of life among the civilian population falls on them, and only on them.

F. It is not true that the warners spoke "in the name of the rebellion movement"; they did not mention - according to the resolution - any name. In this matter, we refrain for the time being from issuing another statement. However, it is possible that, following the wild and cowardly incitement, there will be a need at the appropriate time to issue such a statement.
G. We mourn the Jewish victims. They are also tragic victims of the Hebrew War of Freedom, which is more tragic and superior than any other.
H. We call on the people and the youth to stand fearlessly against the plots of the enemy, who is determined to enslave and destroy us. Tell the instigators, and those who cower in blindness and trembling knees, after the British false statements: And are not the British crimes the ones that demand "rising"?

Hebrew blood is being shed like water throughout the world. This blood is shed directly and indirectly by the British enslavers, therefore we fight them tirelessly, without hesitation, a life-or-death war.

Israeli Writer says Deir Yassin Was a Blood Libel.
Zach Pontz, Algeminer, Oct 25, 2012.

Whatever the case may be, word got out that Jews had become unprovoked aggressors[sic] and killers[sic].

Dr. Milstein, who has been researching the topic for decades, argues that a massacre never occurred. Rather, he claims that those civilians killed were the unfortunate victims of warfare—the cost of a battle for survival that meant many unfortunate casualties on both sides of the fight.

And he also believes that Deir Yassin was an effective way to mobilize Arabs into creating a Palestinian nation, to confront a Jewish State. “To be a nation you should fight against threats to your nation. You want the nation to survive. They didn’t fight against Jews seriously at first. The Arabs didn’t want to fight, they fled after Deir Yassin. But then they did. So my question is what changed them? Determination. And my next question was ‘What caused them to be determined?’ My answer was Deir Yassin. So they used this myth of a massacre to become a Palestinian nation.”

The village today is an orthodox Jewish neighborhood, Har Nof, incorporated into Jerusalem. Time may have whitewashed the physical scars of long ago battle, but it hasn’t diminished the battle between minds on just what happened there sixty four years ago.

Tauber_TheMassacreThatNeverWas2dhighres_600x.jpg

Propaganda Exposed.
Review of 'The Massacre That Never Was' by Eliezer Tauber

Seth Mandel, Commentary Magazine, March 2022.

The background to the Deir Yassin tragedy is this: Palestine’s Arab population declared war on the nascent Jewish state as soon as the United Nations approved its plan to partition Mandatory Palestine into two countries, one Jewish and one Arab, in November 1947.

Jerusalem was surrounded by hostile Arab villages, and the British, who favored the Arabs, remained in control until the expiration of the Mandate (which would come in May 1948). Jerusalem was thus cut off from the other Jewish towns and put under siege. To prevent starvation and mass murder, Jewish forces had to pacify or conquer the villages surrounding the road to Jerusalem. Arab attacks on the road made it impossible to resupply the Jews of Jerusalem with food and arms.

Deir Yassin was one such place. Though it had economic ties with nearby Jewish villages, Arabs from Deir Yassin had joined the widespread anti-Jewish violence in 1929 and then again during the Arab Revolt of 1936–39. After the partition vote, relations between the Deir Yassin Arabs and the Jews began to erode for good.

Haganah intelligence overestimated the number of Arab fighters who would be present in Deir Yassin—and vastly underestimated the firepower awaiting Jewish forces. So while Jewish forces outnumbered their Arab counterparts, those forces did not have sufficient weaponry; they went into battle with mere pistols or malfunctioning machine guns. The villagers also built firing positions and, crucially, impassable trenches, one of which disabled the vehicle carrying the warning loudspeaker.

Further complicating matters was the fact that Irgun and Lehi commanders relied on runners instead of radios to communicate, and the siege of Jerusalem meant that the Jerusalem branches of the underground had become operationally independent from their central leadership. Irgun leader Menachem Begin, for example, didn’t
even know which village was being targeted. His only demands of the forces theoretically under his command were that they warn the villagers first (hence the ill-fated loudspeaker) and that Irgun and Lehi follow international law.

Chaos reigned. The first Jewish forces to enter the village accidentally gave away their position when they mistook Arab guards for Jewish soldiers. The car with the loudspeaker got stuck. The guns of the Jewish forces proved largely useless against the stone structures of the village, which meant they had to blast their way into (and sometimes through) houses with explosives. They did so only after warning the inhabitants at each home; Arab survivors confirmed the individual warnings.

The Arab side added to the confusion. Women took part in combat, including as snipers. Some male fighters were disguised as women. Some male combatants attempted to mix in with convoys of female prisoners. And Arab snipers shot Arab prisoners who were helping transport the wounded.

Still, most of the villagers (around 700) were able to flee. In the end, 101 villagers were killed in the battle according to Tauber’s exhaustive process, which involved cross-listing genealogical records with fatality lists from researchers and village leaders over the course of decades. Tauber was able to ascertain the circumstances in which 84 were killed. Of those 84, “61 were killed under battle conditions.” The majority were men, though some of the women killed were combatants as well. There was no evidence of rape at all.

Arab survivor testimony confirms these findings. So what led British Chief Secretary of Palestine Henry Gurney to say the atrocities were so shocking that Bergen-Belsen “pales beside them”? What made UN High Commissioner Alan Cunningham claim that “women and children were stripped, lined up, photographed and then slaughtered by automatic fire”?

There was fault on the Jewish side, to be sure: One Irgun officer (who was not at Deir Yassin) at first inflated the number of Arab casualties, thinking that would serve as a psychological victory over the Arabs. But such chest-puffery was brief and insignificant. The man most responsible for the lies of Deir Yassin was Husayn al-Khalidi, secretary of the Arab Higher Committee.

“We must make the most of this,” Khalidi told Arab journalist Hazzim Nusayba. “I think we should give this the utmost propaganda possible because the Arab countries apparently are not interested in assisting us.” According to Khalidi, the Arab authorities were therefore “forced to give a picture—not what is actually happening—but we had to exaggerate a little bit so that maybe the Arab countries would become enthusiastic to come and assist us.”

Khalidi instructed a group of survivors to participate in the ruse, telling them, “We want you to say that the Jews slaughtered people, committed atrocities, raped, and stole gold.”

The scheme panicked the Palestinian Arabs. “We cannot bear that our women should be raped,” local leaders responded. Remarkably, it was the people of Deir Yassin who tried to put the genie back in the bottle.

“There were no rapes. It’s all lies. There were no pregnant women who were slit open. It was propaganda…so Arab armies would invade,” one testified.

“Frankly speaking, I never heard from them anything about any incident of sexual assault,” said another.

When the battlefield was inspected, all the dead were found fully clothed with no signs of abuse or mutilation.

It wasn’t just sexual violence that the survivors of Deir Yassin pooh-poohed. “I believe that most of those who were killed were among the fighters and the women and children who helped the fighters,” one survivor said. Another recalled: “They did not kill women. They did not kill small children. Only men above the age of 15 or 16.” A third: “I did not see them actually slaughtering women or children in front of me.” Yet another survivor, when asked if he or anyone else had witnessed rumored executions in the quarries, responded: “Whoever was busy in a battle could not see.”

Perhaps no piece of anti-Zionist propaganda backfired on the Palestinians with greater force than the myth of Deir Yassin. They effectively depopulated themselves from the area. “The other villages started to leave one after the other, without resistance, out of fear and apprehension of another similar massacre,” a survivor wrote a few years after the battle. According to a Palestinian researcher who interviewed survivors in the 1990s, “the Deir Yassin affair was the main cause for the 1948 exodus.” Palestinian officials blamed the Deir Yassin rumors for causing “the collapse of armed resistance,” as families throughout the country fled and soldiers ran back from the front to protect their families who were staying put. As many as 700,000 Palestinian Arabs went to Gaza or Jordan.

The lies also inspired reprisals. Jews defending Kfar Etzion surrendered to Arab invaders, who slaughtered over a hundred of them anyway, some chanting “Deir Yassin, Deir Yassin.” Similar chants could be heard from attackers who ambushed a convoy of Jewish medical staff en route to Hadassah hospital, killing nearly 80. Even the British tried to get in on the action: Cunningham, the high commissioner, ordered airstrikes on Deir Yassin to kill the remaining Jewish soldiers. Irgun and Lehi learned of the order and handed over control of Deir Yassin to the Haganah. Cunningham called off the strike.

What happened after Deir Yassin was emblematic of the Arab–Israeli conflict on the whole. The Jews are falsely accused of atrocities their enemies actually carry out—with intent...

I don't need a link to prove what ICE already has admitted, that they were not going through judicial due process for raids, warrants, or deportations.
So all of ICE is actually criminal, since all humans, including undocumented, have exactly the same legal rights according to the Constitution.
The deliberate failure to use due process is proven by Kilmar being sent to El Salvador, even though the courts had issued a protection order.

The whole "spring" thing is an obvious ridiculous lie.
The 12 milk cans had to be linked together with prima cord to a single detonator, and all you have to do is cut the prima cord.
And clearly Menachim Begin did not call in a warning as claimed, because then the kitchen staff who was tied up, would have been released and not killed in the explosion.

Total spam, central propaganda lies.

Deir Yassin massacre by Menachim Begin's terrrorist gangs is well documented.
Deir Yassin had formed mutual defense pacts with nearby Jewish villages, who saw and tried to stop the attack on Deir Yassin.
So Deir Yassin clearly was innocent of any attacks on Jews, anywhere.
The attack was done with hand grenades, deliberately attempting total genocide.
And the murders of the captured survivors was well documented by Albert Einstein who happened to be in Jerusalem, witnessed the execution of women and children, that he wrote about in public letters to the NY Times.

The claim the Arabs massacred any Jews, is totally false.
After the failed invasion across the UN partition by Israeli forces in 1948, all the captured Jews were allowed to leave and were freed.
There was not a single massacre Jews by Moslems anywhere, at any time.

Total lies and propaganda.
The truth is over 20 of the hostages have been admitted to have been killed by the IDF so far.
About a dozen were shot by the IDF after they had been released by their captors.
The rest had been killed by the IDF collapsing buildings on them.

Wrong.
Hamas is a duly elected legal representative of the 13 million natives of Palestine.
The only "terrorists" are the illegal immigrant Zionists who have stolen 85% of Palestine, and are imposing an illegal starvation blockade on the actual legal owners.

There is no and never was a Palestine. Sorry.

Wrong.
What you are conveniently forgetting is that the the riot was caused by a recent Zionist immigrant who shot and killed a local strawberry vendor because he did not like the price he was charging.

Sure it's "documented," let's ask the 32 of organized Arabist lobby on Wikipedia.

All lies.
The obvious reality is that there is no "Israel" and only the ancient Palestine of the natives, that is being stolen by Polish and Russian immigrants who never paid for any land.
