When a citizen is arrested, (all the time as you claim) they get their Miranda rights before an arrest, they get a call to their lawyer or family, they are told their charges of why they are being arrested etc etc etc and are let out on bail immediately....

None of which was given to these citizens. They will sue and win boo coos of cash, paid by us tax payers....

The OP is about people being detained. That's not necessarily an arrest for a crime.

The OP also mentions Americans being arrested for interfering/obstructing ICE which is a crime.

The OP article is dishonest because it is purposefully mixing detentions for the purpose of identification with arrests for obstructions in order to jack up the numbers.
