WTF?When a citizen is arrested, (all the time as you claim) they get their Miranda rights before an arrest, they get a call to their lawyer or family, they are told their charges of why they are being arrested etc etc etc and are let out on bail immediately....
None of which was given to these citizens. They will sue and win boo coos of cash, paid by us tax payers....
They do exist....some citizens arrested in raids have done interviews and many are suing our govt alleging violations of their constitutional rights.
It's not a question of liking a source. It's a question of knowing BS when you see it.
If there is no violent or egregious crime, as with those citizens....bail is available.
