U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that it has removed 65,682 illegal immigrants from the United States since President Donald Trump took office earlier this year. The agency revealed that a large majority of those arrested included individuals with prior criminal convictions or charges.

ICE Acting Director Todd M. Lyons said that three-quarters of the arrests were of criminal illegal immigrants, highlighting the effort as part of a measure to ensure public safety and national security. “The brave men and women of ICE protect our families, friends and neighbors by removing threats to our communities,” Lyons stated.

Approximately 2,288 of those arrested were identified as gang members from notorious groups such as MS-13, 18th Street, and Tren de Aragua. The statistics revealed arrests of individuals convicted of serious crimes, including 1,329 sex offenses and 498 murders. A further 9,639 faced charges or convictions for assaults, 6,398 for DWIs or DUIs, and 1,479 for weapon offenses.

These could take two forms...

(1) Civilian Tribunals [ staffed by low-level magistrates and justices-of-the-peace who are paid a reasonable per-case fee ]

(2) Military Tribunals [ under the auspices of the declared National Emergency at the border ]

Retired judges and lawyers ( civilian and military ) could also participate for reasons of their own; increasing the pool available.

ICE officials can point a case to either Type (1) or (2) based purely upon availability at the moment of assignment.

Illegal Aliens taken into custody by the military at the border would automatically be referred to a Type (2) tribunal.

All participating judges and Defense Attorneys etc. receive a one-day virtual training on the subject and must pass an exam.

All tribunals operate 24 x 7 x 365 with rotating shifts of Judges and Court-Appointed Defense Attorneys and Translators.

These rotating shifts of Judges and Court-Appointed Defense Attorneys and Translators would be scheduled to be On-Call.

All tribunals operate as Virtual Courts utilizing teleconferencing technology to allow coverage regardless of geographic location.

Virtual conferencing allows prospective Deportees to confer with attorneys and to participate quickly in hearings and appeals.

Day 6 - Court Appearance and Initial Decision
----------- Deportee-Candidate is shifted to Day 9 if he/she lost their case and no Appeal (none possible or none requested)
----------- Deportee-Candidate is released with various conditions on parole if he/she won their case
Day 7 - Appeal Preparation between Deportee-Candidate and Defense Attorney
Day 8 - Court Appearance and Appeals Decision
----------- Deportee-Candidate proceeds to Day 9 at this stage if he/she lost their case
----------- Deportee-Candidate is released with various conditions on parole if he/she won their case
Day 9 - Deportees (no longer Deportee-Candidates) are given one day to wrap-up personal business (access to phones, etc.)
Day10- Out-Processing at Deportation Holding Center; transferred to higher-security area of Deportation Holding Center
Day11- High-Security Transport to Deportation Gateway ( border crossing, airport, port, etc. ) under heavily-armed guard
----------- Deportee is expelled from U.S. soil as the final official act of Day 11

All Deportees are provided a cheap back-pack with a 3-day supply of cheap food and drink and a small amount of money ($50?).

All Deportees with criminal records or with strong evidence supporting such accusations are Blacklisted from ever entering again.

All other Deportees are temporarily banned from applying for entry for a period of X years ( 1? 2? 3? 5? 10? ).

All minor children accompanying Deportees are allowed to re-enter upon attaining their majority or viable foster care arrangements.

Generate an Asylum Master List of Countries for all nations around the world; each country being designated either

• Asylum Eligible - a country deemed sufficiently unstable or oppressive that we will entertain requests for asylum
• Asylum Ineligible - a country deemed sufficiently stable and non-oppressive that we will NOT entertain requests for asylum

If you claim Asylum and you're from an Eligible Country then at the Day 6 Hearing you are automatically considered to be appealing and you proceed to the Day 7 sequence.

If you claim Asylum and you're from an Eligible Country and the Day 8 Hearing goes against you, you can put the Day 9 sequence on temporary hold for a few days by making a brief secondary Appeal to a "traditional" Immigration Court via teleconferencing. If THAT "traditional" decision goes against you then you begin the Day 9 sequence.

"Traditional" Immigration Courts could then temporarily become a Court of Last Appeal rather than handling routine cases and those courts could be retooled to utilize videoconferencing technology and "Adjunct Magistrates" acting on behalf of the Court in addition to "regular" judges in order to expedite processing of the increase volumes.

Some-such approach would...

• effectively neutralize Liberal protests about lack of Due Process
• allow the Federal government to step-up deportations by several orders of magnitude in order to process these huge volumes
• withstand a vigorous judicial review of Constitutional issues
• take a tremendous load off the backs of existing "traditional" immigration courts

Those persons self-deporting (who do not force the government to go through this process) and who have clean records and who make themselves known to ICE or CPB or TSA at time-of-departure are recorded in an appropriate database and are eligible to immediately apply for entry into the United States.
