ICE arrests Palestinian activist who helped lead Columbia University protests, his lawyer says

I think an administration waving their hands and saying they can deport anyone with permanent legal status if they don’t agree with their speech is pretty outrageous.

But hey, I like the first amendment. You don’t. This administration definitely doesn’t.
He can demonstrate his free speech in Syria when he lands...

Can’t prosecute someone you’ve deported. Obviously.
No like many other reporters, once sentence is served he's sent home. Since Khalil isn't charged with a crime, just deport him.

That is not what they did, he works for, and is supported by a terrorist organization, and is undermining foreign policy!
WHY are Palestinians who support the sovereignty of their homeland "terrorists"?
I would like to remind my conservative friends that no too long ago Joe Biden was accusing us of being "domestic terrorists".

Kick scream and moan this is from the
Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here's what he said:
That statement does NOT mean what you think it does,

Can you tel,l the diference between an American who was born in Texas from one that was born in Florida?

No like many other reporters, once sentence is served he's sent home. Since Khalil isn't charged with a crime, just deport him.
No criminal charges, probably because no criminal behavior.

It's not just disagreeing with their speech, it's promoting a designated terrorist organization, which is a threat to our national security and foreign policy.

I think it's outrageous that someone thinks that can move here, get the privledge of living here on a visa or green card, and then promote a designated terrorist organization in direct opposition to our foreign policy.

I am not outraged that someone Americans, roughly the 21 percent that approve of the Demafacsit party, support promoting a terrorist organization.

So, it wasn't the Jerusalem Post that thought this was too far. THey ran a story that "some" did n't agree with his arrest.

You're racking up a pretty bad track record of posting false bullshit here Ted

Apparently to be deported you just have to have the wrong opinions.
You can be deported for having the wrong opinions, yes, that's the law. It's been the law. https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title8-section1227&num=0&edition=prelim

An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable

It's weird you all didn't know that.

15th post
Let me remind you that in 1948 a US PRESIDENT BY THE NAME HARRY S TRUMAN STOLE PALESTINE FROM 1.5 MILLION PALESTINIANS WHO OVERNIGHT BECAME FOREIGNERS IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY

Truman Adviser Recalls May 14,1948 US Decision to Recognize Israel
Hor$e$hit.

Recognition of a newly-formed State is N-O-T anywhere N-E-A-R the same thing as 'stealing' land.

We did not support Israel directly in any substantive way prior to the mid-1960s.

That means that the Jews carved-out their own territory and paid for it with their own blood and treasure.

And held it for years against an entire region of hostile countries with much larger military forces than theirs.

Muslims have been conquering land and disenfranchising long-time residents for many, many centuries.

For once the shoe is on the other foot and Muslims go insane at the prospect of losing rather than winning.

Especially against the Jews whom they've held in the thrall of dhimmitude and whom they've routinely expelled.

Now the underdogs despised by those Muslim countries have awakened and fought and now hold the upper hand.

Unfortunately, there are many Woke-ist Left-ist Libtard wankers in the West who take sides with the Muzzies.

Not realizing that if the Muzzies controlled THEIR countries that they would not enjoy the rights they do today.

Damned fools.

The so-called mongrel mixed-tribes "Palestinians" are a mix of old and fairly recent (past century or so) immigrants.

There has never, ever been a country called "Palestine", and there has never, ever been a people called "Palestinians".

As to the underperforming losers who have been playing the victim card for the past eighty years or so with no result...

It's time for them to pack up and head for Jordan or Egypt or Lebanon or Syria or some other Arab-Muslim $hithole...

And leave Eretz Yisrael to continue blossoming into the most dynamic and free and strong country of the region.

Hamas causes scores of thousands of civilian casualties because those pu$$ie$ hide behind the skirts of their women & kids.

It's what happens when you embed military assets amongst schools and hospitals and mosques and civilian residences.

The so-called "Palestinians" in Gaza elected and support Hamas... they provoked war on October 7, 2023...

And now their narrow strip of land is a parking lot and they've lost the war and have nobody to blame but themselves....

Now Hamas and their militant Islamist supporters in Gaza reap the very whirlwind that they themselves have sown...

Phukk 'em... and phukk you too for taking their side... :fu:

Death to Hamas.

Death to Hezbollah.

Go Team Israel.

That proviso has never been tested in court

I do not believe that the Administration will prevail when claiming that a Green Card Holder whose land has been invaded and STOLEN by ASS-k-NAZI Zionists do not have a right to protest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

So you’re telling me there’s a law that Congress passed that restricts the free speech of people.

Is that right?
Yes, a number of them. For example, someone can't just walk into the Capitol whenever they want in protest. In fact, that is a crime.

In this case, this isn't even a crime, they simply say if your activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States you can be deportable
