Like some of y'all, I have been doing this political message board thing for awhile now. Probably too many years and too much time to be honest. Not as much here in USMB as some of y'all, but more in others.

Been wrong before and was wrong again. Not once in this cycle did I click on any of the poll aggregator sites. Deleted all the bookmarked sites after 2016. Don't even really know what the final polling said about the battleground states. I didn't think we would hold the Senate but I thought Harris/Walz would win. I was wrong.

I didn't really follow the campaign details all that closely until the last 2 weeks. I didn't watch any of the debates or the conventions. Too much going on in my personal life to be as engaged as I have been in the past. Not sure I ever want to be that engaged again.

Whatever Trump/Vance and MAGA did worked. Credit where credit is due. Congratulations. Your turn now.
