You just made me realize that the one thing I have never heard any leftist complain about is the lack of, or watering down of, good male outlets for their kids to join to develop leadership skills, discipline, ruggedness, and general self-dependence.

And you never will hear that.

They want neutered, compliant, feminized, beta cuck soy bois.

Real alpha men, however flawed and imperfect as we may be, are as big a threat to their order as is Christianity - for all its flaws and imperfections.

Now you know why BSA has been destroyed.

It's not anymore....It has become completely hijacked by the post-modernist shitlib mindset.

Put more bluntly, I can see now that the Boy Scouts were commandeered by the Left and remade into a promotion center for promoting and normalizing DEI, CRT, gender dysphoria, and other leftist ideologies. No doubt, religion is taboo now unless it is to promote islam or some other minority belief.

But what angers me is that once again, conservatives were caught totally clueless and unprepared, and let the Boy Scouts be taken right out from under their feet through a lack of assertiveness thus proving themselves really the submissive very whipped pussies the Left wanted them to be.

We boys learned a lot about camping, what to do, what not to do. What food is in nature that campers can safely eat? How to correctly build a campfire. How to enjoy being a boy.
Now the Boy Scouts no longer are boy scouts.

Sadly, the Boy Scouts was an institution really about promoting conservatism at it very core: ruggedness, religion, morality, family, leadership and steadfastness--- the Boy Scout was the quintessential institution for making good Christian conservative leaders out of boys.

So what did the communist left do? They targeted it to destroy it, turn it inside out and make it an institution promoting the very opposite as an institute of political correctness, progressiveness, atheism, and globalism.

And the Boy Scouts, the Republicans, and conservatives in general were totally unsuspecting, totally unprepared, and stood by with the dicks in their hands and watched it taken from them by a few slick lawyers.

No, I learned the same valuable life skills from my dad like boys and young men should learn them.

I bet dad taught more of my friends how to fish and trap (a couple to hunt) than any boy scout leader.

We kept three canoes at the house and made epic multi-day float trips down the Shenandoah River a few times every Summer. We ate what we caught.

Even as teens my friends would show-up and borrow a canoe or two. They just couldn't borrow the old 17' Grumman as that was our main trapping canoe.

Hypocrite lefties managed to blame the BSA for sexual abuse among Scout leaders but on the other hand the BSA was ostracized for winning a Supreme Court decision that allowed the institution to discriminate against hiring overt homosexuals as scout leaders.

I was never a Boy Scout. I knew a few kids that were. It seemed to be an honorable thing to be, this was in the late 1960's to early 1970's. Let's hope it continues to be something honorable.
