The current FBI investigation is to determine if Hillary was the victim of having her server hacked.
The FBI doesn't indict the victims of crimes.
Dude.. you may want to get current. She most likely will be referred for indictment. Whether it is criminal or not is the question. As for "no policy", maybe not, but doesn't matter; there is a law against what she did/ Policy shmolicy.
There was no law prohibiting Clinton from having her own server until AFTER she left the office.
She had done nothing illegal. How many times do you need to be told this stuff?
The server was not illegal. Placing classified material on it WAS.... Learn what you are babbling about.
The emails weren't classified until combined with others and were redacted as a result before release. Hillary did nothing wrong.
