I think we can accurately say much of the trump agenda is on pause. This is worse.

Babbling curses while golfing is your idea of “work”?

Oh
You think that is how he got Petro to cave on the deportation flights? Babbling curses? Is that how he got Hamas to start releasing hostages? Babbling curses? Got Putin and Belarus to release prisoners? Babbling curses? Got Mexico and Canada to send tens of thousands of their troops to protect the border? Babbling curses?

Let start with Mexico and Canada. He “negotiated” for less than he was already getting

Oh
Yeah, golf is the big business is done. Especially in Japan. Billion dollar deals are closed on the golf course.

Judge Rules the White House Failed to Comply With Court Order

A federal judge on Monday said the White House has defied his order to release billions of dollars in federal grants, marking the first time a judge has expressly declared that the Trump White House was disobeying a judicial mandate.

The ruling by Judge John J. McConnell Jr. in Rhode Island federal court ordered Trump administration officials to comply with what he called “the plain text” of an edict he issued last month.

Judge McConnell’s ruling marked a step toward what could quickly evolve into a high-stakes showdown between the executive and judicial branches, a day after a social media post by Vice President JD Vance claimed that “judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power,” elevating the chance that the White House could provoke a constitutional crisis.

Already, more than 40 lawsuits have been filed against the Trump administration, challenging Mr. Trump’s brazen moves that have included revoking birthright citizenship and giving Elon Musk’s teams access to sensitive Treasury Department payment systems. Judges have already ruled that many of these executive actions may violate existing statutes.

Violating existing statutes in pursuit of enacting various EO's is one thing. Violating a recently issued court order is another kind of animal.

The most litigious prez ever to occupy the WH, resulting from the personal commission of crimes, is on course to have his admin spend much of its time defending its actions against lawsuits and judicial orders. Which, frankly, is going just as some of us expected.
Someone really needs to tell trump he is NOT all powerful and almighty. In America we have 3 branches of government of equal power to keep each other in check and stop absolute power by a dictator or fascist regime. Both two of trump's objectives. He should have moved to a third world country if that were his ambitions. We don't put up with that 😆 ndof bullshit on the US.

Colu
Mina , by the way, had been accepting returnees for some time.

The problem occurred when Air Force flights began arriving with illegals shackled and complaining that they were refused water and bathroom facilities.

Trump used the threat of tariffs (apparently his only tool) to bully them into accepting flights again.

Smooth move . China has been trying to make inroads in Columbia for a while and moves like this are helping THEM

In theory yeah.

Trump is not doing that. He’s just ignoring the court

Nah, he's not ignoring ignoring it, he's just finding other ways not to comply.

You can call what biden did "legal" but it all boils down to the same thing. The courts were obviously telling him no, and he just ignored it, by creating other ways to do the same thing.

Bullshit. Trump’s “way around it” is to just do it anyway.

That’s a problem

Meh, again, I see it differently. The supreme court kept blocking biden, so it's obvious they were against student loan forgiveness but biden kept just finding other ways.

It's kind of like when a you ask your mom "mom, can I get a chocolate chip cookie out of the jar?" and your mom says "no, you'll spoil your dinner", and the kid says "well she said no to the chocolate cookie but she DIDNT say no to the peanut butter cookie!"

The point was, you'll spoil your dinner!

Name the statutes that Trump violated by enacting EO's.

I'm very glad that Trump is defying a judge's order to unfreeze federal grants. The judge has no authority to issue such an order to the executive. His order is sure to be overturned, and irreperable harm would be caused by releasing that money. Billions of dollars worth of harm.
He says he “thinks”
Doubtful

Rhode Island federal court? Take another look at the Constitution. An unelected left wing federal judge based in the smallest state can't derail the agenda of the Executive branch of the government no matter how desperate the minority party has become.

So, Trump is still "failing" to comly with the court order to unpause spending.

So that part of his agenda is not on hold. I know it is too late to change your thread title, but you may want to add a disclaimer to the end of the thread.

The convicted felon will continue to have many problems in court. This is what I am told is the best we can have in government over us...

Trump already has a litany of impeachable offenses on his two month resume for this term.
Wait until Republicans start really campaigning for midterms next year.
The daggers will come out....and guess who the sacrificial pig is going to be.
