I talked to a few customers today

This is something I rarely do but oddly today I wanted to talk.
I was doing a customers paper work and he said the most sad t thing I have heard all year . Apparently his 18 yr old son was murdered in his first job . Apparently one of the employees pulled a gun out and open fired on the crew a few yrs ago . He seemed still sad

The second interaction was just some “darker skin person “ complaining about how expensive and crowded Vegas has become
