I support the death penalty

No.

Eventually, you will execute an innocent man by mistake.

I agree and feel our laws should be unquestionable for murder conviction. And the type of murder committed taken into account.

Did you watched Taken the 96 hours movie?
I absolutely loved how Liam Neeson killed all the ruthless human traffickers i wish every father could do that but its very unrealistic

No, I didn't see that one, maybe give it a look although I usually can't handle much violence, I'll check it out, thanks.

"Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends" -- Gandolf Greyteeth ...

Has anyone else noticed that all of Gandolf's political enemies all died painful horrible deaths ... and in short order ... and always with a Hobbit in close proximity? ...
Sure sure. Blame the Hobbits.

You anti-hobbitsum are all the same.

I agree with the other posters only if its proven and evident beyond doubt what if someone was seen in public by many people mass shooting and murdering Kindergarten kids
Yeah. Screwed those first graders.

Where Dildo goes, nothin' grows ...
🤣

One of us is certifiable.

And I suspect it’s both of us.

That Dildo Daggins was a little piece of work, wasn’t he. (The name was first used generally in the seminal work, “Bored of the Rings.”)

I'm in favor of it, and not as a deterrent, as a punishment. In this day and age if the prosecution cannot procure DNA evidence during a conviction, you are not eligible, as there can be no doubt whatsoever. An admission of guilt is not, by itself, sufficient enough to be put to death.

There are some people who do not deserve to live after their crimes, but there must be no doubt of their guilt.
Agree 100%. The DP is okay, but can only be used in cases where there is not just proof beyond "reasonable" doubt, but all doubt.

We need a special "superguilty" verdict in DP cases.

Basically, that means murder,' thou shall not murder', as there are many instances in the Bible to where God allows for the death penalty, an eye for an eye" is one of them.
Blinding someone in one eye doesn't measure up to executing them.

This starts at the end ... and Gandolt's curious choice of traveling companions ... Galadriel would be the only Noldor to try returning ... Queen of the Kin-Slayers herself ... the question is whether the Teleri sail out to meet her and hang her there ... or if they bring her in and hang her on the docks ...

In the commotion, Gandolt slips in with a couple of Middle-Earth's finest cold-blooded thieving assassins ... all I'm asking is why? ...

My guess is Saruman made it home first ... told the gods all that had transpired ... and all of Gandolt's deceptive ways ... yeah ... Greyteeth had lots of reasons to slip in unnoticed ...

Super guilty would amount to “proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”

I just know I’ve heard that phrase somewhere before.

What if what if what if....

Every person on death row, including the 200 who have been exonerated, was convicted "beyond a reasonable doubt".

Until they weren't.

How about this. We don't impose any penalty that can't be reversed if it's later proven to be wrong.

That sounds... kind of sensible.
