Stephen K. Bannon’s trial on charges that he schemed to defraud people who donated money to build the southern border wall championed by Donald J. Trump was delayed on Monday by a judge in Manhattan.

The judge, April A. Newbauer of State Supreme Court, pushed the trial back to Feb. 25 from December during a hearing Monday morning on proposed evidence. The respite will allow the proceedings to avoid holiday disruptions. It also means that Mr. Bannon, one of the president-elect’s key supporters, will be undistracted in the days after Mr. Trump takes office Jan. 20, a period during which he has promised radical change for the nation.

I mean, c'mon, the scheme to defraud people was headlined as a way to pay for Don's border wall. And trump never saw a scheme to defraud people he didn't like. That has to worth a pardon. Hey, wait, hasn't the soon to be Felon-in-Chief already pardoned this particular fellow criminal?

IDK. He didn't do it the first time. I suspect that Trump blames Bannon for 1/6 and sees him as someone who would interfere with him being able to govern the way he wants.

No pardon, for Dirty Lil' Stevie.

And the crimes under GA and NY law can be allowed to ride until Trump is out of office again.

Bug is too ignorant to know that a President’s power to issue a pardon is limited to federal cases.

Trump can pardon Bannon and the J6 protestors at the same time.
