Nobody wants to be "governed." Most sensible people already know the rules of society and live within them, so they just want to be left alone, taxed less, allowed to profit, live in a safe environment, and not be fucked with.

If reading and comprehension was a strong suit for you -- you'd see comment on "governing" was about what the winners will be doing. Elected officials govern.

Joe Biden is a whipped puppy at this point. His own party gave him the Bum's Rush, just like they did Bernie Sanders in 2016.

So he's going to get any relevant moment he can, before he's relegated to the dustbin of history.
