I recently purchased a Canon 1D C cinema DSLR camera. I need to ask what is the best cinema format to shoot 4K video?
As the Camera is loaded with many different options, such as 35mm crop, Canon Log , Gamma Log , ect ,ect. Any suggestions. By the way the camera shoots great photos also. They say it was modeled after the Canon Eos 1DX camera, And came with the 1DX manual also, with the Eos 1D C manual.

I'm unfamiliar with the body, but my suggestion would be to turn it on, go out shooting, and adjust settings until you find those that are right for you...

I see. The compact flash cards get filled quickly when I shoot video. And the higher giga bite cards cost a fortune.
