Donāt get me wrong .I am 45 and usually one of the weaker guys in the class .
However, the fact that I constantly show up and take notes is a good
I usually lose but I do put up battle .
Most of the guys and girls are 20-25 lol
I did secure a few cool wall take downs and was able to escape bad positions
The gym has several other classes as do a few others but I canāt handle too much .
Maybe in September.I may add a second class but that is not easy on my back
I wish I started in my 20s but my sport was tennis and I was scared of grappling and injuries
. I have overcome that fear
