How deep is your love-- The bee gees

I know your eyes in the morning sun
I feel you touch me in the pouring rain
And the moment that you wander far from me
I wanna feel you in my arms again

And you come to me on a summer breeze
Keep me warm in your love and then softly leave
And its me you need to show

Chorus:
How deep is your love
I really need to learn
cause were living in a world of fools
Breaking us down
When they all should let us be
We belong to you and me

I believe in you
You know the door to my very soul
Youre the light in my deepest darkest hour
Youre my saviour when I fall
And you may not think
I care for you
When you know down inside
That I really do
And its me you need to show

Landslide-- smashing pumpkins

I took my love, I took it down
I climbed a mountain and I turned around
And I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills
til the landslide brought it down

Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?

Well, Ive been afraid of changing cause ive
Built my life around you
But time makes you bolder
Even children get older
And Im getting older, too

Well, Ive been afraid of changing cause ive
Built my life around you
Time makes you bolder
Even children get older
And Im getting older, too
I get older, too

I took my love and took it down
I climbed a mountain, I turned around
And if you see my reflection in the snow covered hills
The landslide brought it down
The landslide brought it down

Believe it or not, I have that gay song on one of my burnt CD's! I was listening this week and heard that Bee-Gees crap, followed by 'Even the Nights are better' by Air Supply. Please kill me if I get out of hand!

Landslide was a Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks song :)

I don't know if the Pumpkins did it, too. And I liked Saturday Night Fever. :mm:

This song is a bane to humanity and should be outlawed in all civilized societies!

"You're Beautiful"

My life is brilliant.

My life is brilliant.
My love is pure.
I saw an angel.
Of that I'm sure.
She smiled at me on the subway.
She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep on that,
'Cause I've got a plan.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.

Yeah, she caught my eye,
As we walked on by.
She could see from my face that I was,
Flying high, [ - video/radio edited version]
Fucking high, [ - CD version]
And I don't think that I'll see her again,
But we shared a moment that will last till the end.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
There must be an angel with a smile on her face,
When she thought up that I should be with you.
But it's time to face the truth,
I will never be with you.

Is this a continuation of the "wimpiest song ever made" thread?

P.S. The only good version of "Landslide" was the original....

P.P.S. you like Saturday Night Fever and the Dipsy Chicks? :wtf: Nurse! 1 million mg of Beethoven .... stat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're losing her!!!!!!

P.P.P.S.Wouldn't it be great if they made a POLKA version of Saturday Night Fever? With Stanky from Stanky and the Coal Miners in the leading role? It could be set in Scranton, PA...... On second thought, no, it definitely would not be a good idea!

While the Smashing Pumpkins version is lame, I find Billy Corgan's voice less irritating than Stevie Nicks'.
