Obuma acts illegally - again?

Many employers had thought they could shift health costs to the government by sending their employees to a health insurance exchange with a tax-free contribution of cash to help pay premiums, but the Obama administration has squelched the idea in a new ruling. Such arrangements do not satisfy the health care law, the administration said, and employers may be subject to a tax penalty of $100 a day — or $36,500 a year — for each employee who goes into the individual marketplace....

Wow. First Obama FORCES folks to buy insurance then he FORCES folks to buy only certain ones. Just more blatant "distribution of wealth." Pure Fascist/Socialism in action. Hitler & Stalin would be proud!

But WAIT until we get the REAL WORD about his BAILING OUT Insurance companies with taxpayer money ...again... there is so much shit going on under cover and his E.O.'s, and IRS pronouncements that were NOT in the original bill, I need a separate file for the information!

So, the IRS is enforcing the law? Good.

Perhaps they'll investigate you...Oh, I forgot, you're on their side! You DO like selective enforcement when your side isn't looked at! Idiot!

I'm on WHO'S side?

Yes, I'm FOR selective enforcement of the law - I want the people punished who break it.

Hope this helps.

More, 'Republicans have nothing to offer the middle class' BS thread.

More proof the law is so bad they want as few people experiencing it until after the next election....... course it wont get any better unless someone invents a magic wand.

I haven't seen proof of anything, other than employers want to **** their employees.

Really...lot of those employers were forced to dump their employees because they offered what Obama termed bad insurance...... which he then turned around and said was ok after it was cancelled never to be seen again

ACA mandates non-exclusion for preexisting conditions and no caps for claims. And there you have it.

If Obamacare is so great and cost effective why is he trying so hard to keep people out?
