As we speak arguments are before the Supreme Court that the 14th Amendment was only created to apply to children of slaves, not anyone else.

However, I think the court is going to ignore reality and rule to allow illegals to continue remaining legally in the US.....because they think it would be too difficult to enforce the law correctly.

On a side note, they're really arguing over district judges trying to block the Trump Adm from removing illegals.

This is a very important issue.....and how the judges rule will show us exactly what's going on inside the court.

Is the fix in, or are they going to do their duty to defend the constitution?

There is a problem brewing in our Judicial system whether people wish to believe it or not.
And this is one of those things that can completely undo the underpinnings of our nation.

When Justice is perverted and disrespected....because nobody receives justice....it creates anarchy.
We are seeing the beginnings of this now with all the "defund the police" which quickly degenerated into disrespect the laws.
This is a major problem. Judicial restraint, deliberate blindness, and conservative rulings are absolutely vital for the continued health and existence of our nation.

If illegal aliens are given wrist slaps for egregious crimes and not deported....why would it also be fair for the family seeking true justice to seek revenge upon those individuals who committed the egregious crimes? This is a shrinking planet. Nobody is untouchable anymore. And there are rumors of this already being the case.

Citizen initiated, international and domestic manhunts may not be cheap....but they are happening...and with an alarming increased rate.

Some elements of law enforcement are not even going to intervene when they should.

These are not the hallmarks of an accomplished society. They resemble all the hallmarks of a 2nd or 3rd world nation. It's open gang warfare on our streets.

All because judges give no bail, no incarceration for crimes, no punishment for the wicked unless it is a white male. Meaning justice has taken off its blindfold.
So when attempted murderers are out on $50 bail and free to mow down a Christmas parade of dancing grannies....the system is horribly broken. But this is becoming the norm instead of the exception.

This either gets fixed or America is not going to exist any more.
