Only in your mind.Reality
Only in the real world, where I reside. I work in and among immigrant communities every day. I know how things really work.Only in your mind.
....
Who cares?...
This kind of thing never goes on in countries like Mexico.
About 85% of America.Who cares?
85% of America cares about Mexico's constitution? I don't think so.About 85% of America.
Well,l we are going to need an amendment to clarify it.It doesn't have to be repealed, just clarified.
1st, end birthright citizenship.
2nd allow States to have geographical upper houses as long as they have population based lower houses, thus eliminating Morris V Board of Estimates.
In your opinion, but your opinion is wrong.Unfortunately SCOTUS doesn't follow it.
Well,l we are going to need an amendment to clarify it.
Much like we needed the 21st Amendment to repeal the 18th.
That would be the 18th Amendment prohibiting the sale and transportation of alcohol.
We need to fix the Second Amendment and drop the ThirdNot disagreeing with you at all on this. I am a fan of a new Constitutional convention. Some people worry it might get hijacked but I think the system needs it.
We need to fix the Second Amendment and drop the Third
Of course they are. The SCOTUS's reticence to overturn precedent is palpable. But if Roe was any indication...As we speak arguments are before the Supreme Court that the 14th Amendment was only created to apply to children of slaves, not anyone else.
However, I think the court is going to ignore reality and rule to allow illegals to continue remaining legally in the US.....because they think it would be too difficult to enforce the law correctly.
On a side note, they're really arguing over district judges trying to block the Trump Adm from removing illegals.
This is a very important issue.....and how the judges rule will show us exactly what's going on inside the court.
Is the fix in, or are they going to do their duty to defend the constitution?
