This weekend I was in the Greenwood neighborhood of Tulsa Oklahoma. It's where in 1921 White's burned the entire black neighborhood down murdering (and covering up) up to 300 black people. For decades it was rarely mentioned in Tulsa. One would like to think things have changed but I'm not really sure it has.
