I got in an accident this morning

on my way to work, traffic jam and i got distracted.
i rearended the car in front of me. we pulled over to exchange papers, and i got out of my car.
it took the other guy a couple of minutes to get out; he had some kind of special seat. it turns out he's a dwarf.

he gave me an angry look and said, "i'm not happy!"

i said, "so which one are you?"
