I promise to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. This deposition is made under oath, so no, he can't just say what his employer wants him to say, unless he wants to go to jail.

Hannity's sworn testimony is backed up by emails and text messages between hosts and other staffers which confirm that everyone at Fox knew Trump lost, but they were pushed the lie, because they were losing viewers who refused to believe Trump lost, and were changing the channel when Fox said he did.

Fox New will lose the lawsuit because they pushed the lie that the Dominion Voting machines changed votes, shaved vote counts, and flipped the election, all while saying Sydney Powell who was promoting these lies, is "batshit crazy". There are text messages, emails, and metadata to back this up. Dominion can't sell it's voting machines in the USA. Because of all of these lies, they're out of business, and they did N0THING wrong.

Because Dominion has proof that Fox commentators knew the claims that Dominion helped Biden "steal" the election were false, but they promoted, repeated and amplified the lies that they knew would hurt the company, that's "actual malice". But they went beyond that when they ignored information that proved the claims were not true and privately acknowledged the claims were crazy. Fox hosts repeated claims about Dominion as if they were true.
