Why not? I find it to be extremely comfortable when good old Aunt Flo isn't busy visiting me.

Tried it once. Couldn't sleep at all.
Gotta have Tshirt and undies. And when it's cold, socks.

I rarely have socks on even during the day. Sometimes I sleep in my clothes though if they're comfy enough.

I slept buck naked in my younger days.
As I got older I needed some clothes,usually some athletic shorts.
We buy expensive sheets and the athletic shorts slide on em very easy,nothing worse than having your shorts grab on your sheets and bunch up.
We assed up $9500 on our sleep number bed with the topper that you can run hot or cold.
I've never slept better.
