of course he did. none of the perot voters would have voted for Clinton. Clinton got 41%, Bush and Perot got 59%. Without Perot, Bush would have won a landslide and Bubba Clinton would be chasing waitresses in a waffle house in bumfuck Arkansas, while Hillary had lesbian trysts with the walmart cashiers.
