By the way, Doctors, nurses, hospitals, drug companies, and medical device manufacturers have refused to work for free, so someone has to pay.

Oh, you don't have to be that way with me. I understand the training and research that goes into medical professionalism. I believe if we could wipe out all the medical waste and theft we would go a long way toward making this Democratic Party health care thing work.

My doctor, whom I also know personally, catagorically blames insurance companies, and what he calls the generic drug scam for the high cost of health care in America. He claims there are other doctors like himself who voted for President Obama because they believed in healing not profit. He likes to assure fellow doctors that neither he nor President Obama is out to take away their Cadillac!!!

I could not search engine information on doctor employment, but from what I did gather, doctors no longer graduate from medical school and hang out a shingle. Small medical practices are a thing of the past. Medical groups employ doctors on a salary, just like any other employee. The key to me is to get the waste and profit out of medical practice. The point is this is health care for God sake, not GM working toward a profitable quarterly earnings statement.

I support domestic partnerships, but have a way to go on the marriage aspect. There are things I don't understand.

You know I have to tell you, people here in SoCal are more shy about discussing masturbation than they are about gay or bisexuality. It is a done deal. I watch all this Proposition whatever, and marriage licenses in San Francisco, and to most of us it is all a bad joke.

These rural types, and I am not talking about the guys on hunting trips who get away from their wives to be together on a weekend, I am talking about what I hear referred to as Klu Klux Khristians are making money off blaming gays for everything that is wrong their lives.

In addition it is like watching one of those L.A. freeway chases on TV. Everyone watches, but knows it will be no big deal in the end. The point is these TV News people have all that money invested in helicopters, and they want to get their money out of them. If you are asking me if gays fuel the religous movement against themselves as a recruiting tool, I would have to say it was attempted on me!

Health care for free. So far, the only people that has worked for is the illegal Mexicans. It is one of the biggest reasons California is broke. That and everything else the liberal Californian's can do to support the rift raft that is there because the weather is good and just about everything will be given to you by the State. Except for some debate experience in school, I have not been all that political. I vote, I like to think I am a good citizen, and I am an independent voter. I have been called a fiscal conservative because I believe in getting a buck's worth of bang for every buck spent. I have been called a socialist because I supported healthcare for all for free. I do not like political labels, but I think 'independent' or 'citizen' is best for me.

I believe in giving the less fortunate a helping hand when needed, but I think some people need to be motivated toward hard work, (There ain't no free lunch). By motivated, I mean tough love if necessary.

This will probably offend members of both political parties, but I picked the user name 'Stainmaster' because it seems we 'independents/citizens' end up paying the bill, and cleaning up the mess of every half-baked idea political parties promote. I am angry about the Wall Street bail out, as well as the influence of unchecked organized labor.
