Again, It isn't the decent law biding Mexican citizens that worry me... its the 22000 Mexican gang members who are engaged in ethnic cleansing in several states but specifically in California. That's more than all the Black, white and Asian gangs combined and there are more than 30,000 more on the other side of the border.

Yeah we have fewer people than whites so no matter how low our crimes numbers will be, more than likely on a per capita basis they will be higher than whites. And then there is the selective use of it by whites such as when blacks say they are getting shot more by police. Suddenly more whites are getting shot more, totals count then and per capita doesn't matter So no, it doesn't count.

You guessed right. Blacks and Whites used drugs at the same rate until recently, now whites are in an opioid crisis, but Blacks were arrested and given harsher sentencing for the same offenses their white counterparts were shown leniency for. Now that whites a the majority of druggies, the fundamentals for addressing the problem has changed. Rehabilitation is suddenly in vogue.

Welllllll, not really. Whites were arrested for 69.6% of the crime in 2016 while Backs arrested for 26.9%. There is no denying that White criminals committed the MOST crime because there are more White criminals than Black criminals. More victims, mostly white, were hurt by white criminals. Black criminal proportionality has no bearing on that. Black thugs did commit crime disproportionally in comparison to the overall Black population of decent Blacks and thugs combined but that 69.6% distribution of white criminality is too large to ignore. Lets keep it real.
