Things aren't looking good for the Hussein-

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An appeals court ruled Friday that President Barack Obama's healthcare law requiring Americans to buy healthcare insurance or face a penalty was unconstitutional, a blow to the White House.

The Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta, found that Congress exceeded its authority by requiring Americans to buy coverage, but also ruled that the rest of the wide-ranging law could remain in effect.

It is unconstitutional.

But be careful what you wish for. A public option is not.

Cool.

We can finally stop requiring licenses for anything in this country.

Because I am sure that's what's going to be up next on the block.

I'm not aware of any existing individual license requirements mandated by the federal government. Could you provide an example or three?

That would actually help on a very very large scale with UE.

So I understand why you would be against that.
