George Clooney, with Obama's blessing, started it all. Clooney was the center hiking the ball to Obama, the quarterback, who handed the ball off to Nancy Pelosi to run with, who got a great block from the New York Times. Yes, Pelosi is the one who finally spiked the ball in the end zone.

The funniest part though is they talked Biden into dropping out, promising Biden that they would save his legacy for the history books. After Harris lost, they went back on that promise as a scapegoat was needed to take the fall. Now Biden's legacy will be the downfall of the Democrat party and being the only president in history that did so badly in a debate that his own party chucked him to the curb after already winning the primaries for re-election. I don't know if that record will ever be broken. That is the Biden legacy.
