I couldn't read your link because I will not disable my Ad Blocker for anyone. At any rate your thread title is obviously wrong.
Attorneys cannot “quit”. They must file a motion to withdraw to get the court's permission to be released from their obligation to their client. The courts are not required to grant all such requests and in practice often deny them. Here is how one reputable source explained what really happened in Hunter Biden's case:
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Attorneys for Hunter Biden filed a motion Monday to withdraw from a
paternity lawsuit filed against him in Arkansas.
Attorney Dustin McDaniel, on behalf of the Little Rock firm McDaniel, Richardson and Calhoun, cited "irreconcilable conflict" in the motion but did not provide further details. The motion also says that Biden's "personal attorney" advised McDaniel's firm that their services were no longer needed.

Withdraw and quit mean the same thing you democratic turd
I withdraw as hunter Bidens attorney
I quit as hunter Bidens attorney
Lol
I have to admit I've never been called a “democratic turd” before. I was a Democrat until the ultra-liberals destroyed the party decades ago. Since then, I have been a conservative. In the last election I voted for Trump. Would I ever consider voting for any of the socialistic idiots currently in contention for the Democrat party nomination? Get real.
There are fundamental differences between you and me. I know my education is superior to yours (I have both an MBA and a JD) and my IQ is obviously substantially higher. Because I have a JD (doctorate in law), I know the law and your ignorance on the subject is apparent. If you had even average reading skills you would have realized that the entire purpose of my article was to inform readers that attorneys don't withdraw (or quit if you prefer) on their own accord as was suggested by the post to which I responded. I correctly stated that attorneys have the duty to continue to represent their clients until the court gives them permission to withdraw. Those of us who are experts in the law know that attorneys can be REQUIRED to represent defendants in many situations.
For the record, the words quit and withdraw are often synonymous, but not always. For example armies may advance and retreat (withdraw); however, they do not quit, that is they don't pack up their bags and go home.
“A
tactical withdrawal or
retreating defensive action is a type of
military operation , generally meaning retreating forces back while maintaining contact with the enemy. A withdrawal may be undertaken as part of a general retreat, to consolidate forces, to occupy ground that is more easily defended, force the enemy to overextend to secure a decisive victory, or to lead the enemy into an
ambush.”

In my post, I never suggested that the words quit and withdraw had different meanings when applied to the matter being discussed. I used the word “quit” because that's the word used in the OP's thread title. I also used the word “withdraw” because that is the proper legal terminology. In law, being removed of responsibility to represent a client as called permission to withdraw, not permission to quit.
CONCLUSION: Your words betray you as an uneducated, and immature potty-mouth with cognitive impairments and the reading the ability of a typical sixth-grader. I'm an 80-year old man with better things to do than waste my time on intellectual twits such as you. You have already received more time than you're worth.
You have the last word. I am done with you.
