The law clearly gives an executive ordr the ability to release the files. Since when did Trump care about what the judicial system says what he can do or not do.

Are you saying that Biden was existential threat to our democracy for ignoring the courts many times? A federal judge blocked the release of the files just like many other Trump edicts.
