First of all, a person can only vote in their State of residence.

Trump is a convicted felon in New York. Florida's voting law says someone who commits a felony in another State is only disenfranchised if he would be disenfranchised under the laws of the State where the felony was committed.

New York law says a felon can vote as long as he is not incarcerated. Since Trump has not been sentenced, and he is not incarcerated, he can still vote under Florida law (and did vote in the primary).

Wrt Hunter, he is a convicted felon for the gun case, which means he loses the "first offense" sentencing reduction in the tax case. Standard sentencing guidelines will include some prison time if he is not pardoned.
