Charges restablished by a prosecutor that was appointed by Trump that already tooh a plead deal he couldn't pass muster on.

Any charges at all against Biden now are as worthless as the paper they are written on.

The DOJ has had many bites at he apple with Biden. They have made a complete farce out of the double jeopardy clause in the Constitution.

Being put twice at jeopardy, is being put twice at jeopardy. You don't get to use plea deals, or technicalities, or different venues to keep making your case.

And after one of your "star witnesses" has been arrested, and admitted to lying. Any case you have now in any venue is tainted bullshit, and can no longer go forward.

Not that he will ever be prosecuted, but there is a mountain of evidence against Hunter that has nothing to do with this witness.

No one is denying that Hunter received the money from Burisma, or that Joe got the prosecutor fired, no one refutes the Treasury reports about Hunter's financial transactions from overseas entities, or that the laptop is 100% real...

We have one witness, whom the FBI had previously testified was credible and reliable, and had a ten-year history with the bureau, turns out he lied. Wow! What a surprise...

Hunter getting paid for a job isn’t a crime. Biden leveraging funds to execute a bipartisan foreign policy objective is not a crime. Now it’s confirmed that Russians have been feeding false intel to our agencies and congress who instead of verifying go on Fox News and repeat to the world. The game is exposed and it’s ugly.

Bidens lawyer should be filing an emergency motion right now calling for a dismissal of any charges against Biden, with extreme prejudice, to make sure no Republican joke could ever bring it up again.

The cases against Hunter Biden are unrelated tax evasion charges (failure to pay $1.4 million in taxes on his foreign income) and a felony gun charge in Delaware (lying on the 4473 about his drug use).

Hunter had a sweetheart deal that would have allowed him to skate on the tax evasion and gun charges, but his own lawyers imploded the deal when the judge questioned why it included immunity for all charges in the future. They could have saved the deal by giving up that provision, or agreeing to plead to another misdemeanor, but instead just snapped "just tear it up!".

Ironically, Biden's attorneys in Delaware are now claiming the gun charge violates his second amendment right (it doesn't, btw- the SCOTUS already said in Heller that the prohibition of known drug abusers from owning guns is Constitutional).
