Some of us have been predicting Trump would get more than the 15% of the black vote he got in 2016, around 20% to 30% in November. Kamala will bump it that closer to 30%, yes. It's the illegal alien vote and mail in ballot fraud that will beat him in a close race.

Let's do a little math. 50% say Kamala will have no impact on their vote. 24% say they are more likely to vote Biden and 24% say they're less likely to vote for Biden.

That looks like a wash to me. Kamala Harris neither helps nor hurts Biden's chances according to this.
