Trump's people are being treated the way they treat immigrants, and visitors to the USA. The difference being, that refusal to service this piece of shit, doesn't harm them the way throwing immigrants in an ICE detention facility and abusing them does.

Plenty of people do not come to a restaurant alone. In other words, they too have with them an entourage as you call it. Also, depending on the kind of place that it is, people can end up staying a while, especially if it isn't a fast-food place. If Miss Sanders and her "entourage" were keeping to themselves, there was no reason to make the big deal about them that was made.

Different circumstances. The bakery and clerk just outright refused service. The restaurant owners further refused Huckabee service because other patrons felt threatened and uncomfortable.
