Yes, you know more about this place than a true newbie should know while immediately setting about to calling others names and saying they are in a cult.

When do you plan on MAKING any sort of actual argument?
I know more about this place than a newbie should know? I don't understand how you concluded that. What do I know about this place?
I think you're mistaking my knowing about maga boys and being able to debate my views to mean I know about this place. You maga boys are the same everywhere. You recite the same talking points and can never rebut anything.
But enjoy your paranoia.
What if I did know about this place? How would that change the validity of the arguments used in debate? Can you explain that?

You have made no arguments, just simple-minded declarative statements and name calling.

This is my argument: If you make a statement, you should be prepared to defend it with facts. It's not up to the rest of the world to prove you wrong.
Edit: I just found out that you and your friend as using the burden of proof falacy.

you made a claim that after the 1964 civil rights vote democrats in the south moved to the republican party. Yet not until mid 2000s was the south reliably republican on the national level and it still isn't on the state level. I haven't seen any proof of that claim.

The transition wasn't immediate.
AI Overview

The South began reliably voting Republican in
presidential elections in the late 1960sand became a solidly Republican region across all levels of government by the 1990s and early 2000s. This shift was a gradual process that occurred over several decades, fundamentally driven by the Democratic Party's embrace of the Civil Rights Movement.

In any event, there is no denying that the racists are safe and sound in the Republican Party now. The misogynists roost there too.

You called me a "Maga boy", little Commie girl.

Most people on here are of the whacky right and very few can actually engage in serious conversation.

Welcome and good luck,

Warning: There are many misogynists and racists here.

lol 30 to 40 years is definitely gradual. I mean whatever could get the states to change their tune. Sure wasn't the 1964 civil rights vote. Most of the old democratic votes died off and were replaced by younger people not beholden to the democratic party.

I saw them migrate to the Republican Party. They said why they were changing. And it's common knowledge.

Welcome to the forum. I see from the posts you are getting a baptism under fire. Well, just for your information, the Trumpist right calls everyone a commie that disagrees with them including by the way other Trumpers who stray from Trumpist orthodoxy. Just give it back to them and watch them whine like snowflakes.

LOL 40 years and you claim it was a vote from 40 years ago.
They didn't wait 40 years and then change parties. Read some more on the subject. I suspect you know the truth but are trying to be cute.
Bottom line is that the Republican Party is the part where racists and misogynists and homophobes and xenophobes are comfortable. And the Republican Party votes for policies and candidates based on those viewpoints.

I've noticed that about Trump worshipers. They love to pretend they even know what communism is, but I'm pretty sure they have never met a communist. And they are a whiny bunch.
Speaking of being new to the forum, when I follow someone, what happens? Do I get some notification when they post?
Also, I saw an entire topic devoted to misogyny. Is this a forum where misogynists meet to express their hatred of women? The entire topic was ugsome.

Yes, there is definitely that element to this place, but you should consider yourself lucky not to have been around to see the "Race Relations"-sub.

I am not sure what happens when you follow someone. Yeah there are definitely some distasteful topics on this forum. It is like the Wild West!

I look forward to reading your posts!
