How will the IPCC handle climate sensitivity in AR5?

As I have been saying for years, the climate sensitivity for doubling CO2 has been estimated too high. Will the IPCC ignore all the recent work and continue with exaggerated model results or will they climb down in the next report? Perhaps they will do both. The science side may say one thing while the political projections side may continue as before, contrary to new evidence.

Indications are that they will table the entire concept of a Global Climate Sensitivity and showcase the "regional" effects where they are the greatest.. Best of both worlds for them..

Customize the fear -- and use the old LARGE C.Sens. numbers regionally...
Surprised that we are not already seeing a large number of studies coming up with REGIONAL response sensitivities.. Of course --- it's all shifted from climate temperature to weather anyway...

The CO2 causes the oceans to absorp the nasty Climate Warming Change Globally, dragging it hundrends of feet down to Davy Jones locker arrg arggg matey
