1. Certanly a timely question, as we near the end.
And we near the end because, like Michael Myers, evil never seems to die. The very doctrines we believed we ended in WWII have been given rebirth in the current Democrat Party.
2. We are living in the house that Lincoln told us about, "A house divided against itself cannot stand." And the same party that started a war to maintain human bondage, is, yet again, the cause.
Earlier political parties, as least shared values, not this Democrat Party…they oppose free speech, the second amendment, and the free practice of one’s religion.
3. Whose values have they assumed? “In August 1966, Mao Zedong launched the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in China to reassert ideological purity and purge whathe saw was a growing embrace of bourgeois values and a diminishing revolutionary spirit. The goal was to rid the Chinese population of the “Four Olds”. Those consisted of old customs, old culture, old habits, and old ideas. It was meant to be a cleansing, if you will, and a transforming of an old China into an ideologically pure nation worthy to continue in Mao’s vision.
Now, fifty-five years later, we are witnessing an American version of Mao’s Cultural Revolution.
This neo-Marxist “Cultural Revolution” in America hasn’t happened overnight. It has been a steady and systematic assault on God, American values, American historical icons, and our Constitution. It has accelerated over the past year and it will continue to gain momentum given that Democrats are in control.”
Why did an American President put a Mao ornament on the White House Christmas Tree????
4. Where would a remembrance of America fit into history?
"The first great landmark in the story of man is the establishment of the cities, more than eight thousand years ago. The next was the invention of writing, about three millennia later. Within a mere two thousand years, this had led to the achievement of Greece—to Plato, Aristotle and the Greek dramatists, and of great scientists ....
Unfortunately, this development of the human spirit is paralleled by a development in the spirit of war. From the time of Sargon of Akkad, military leaders have expressed their sense of destiny—that is, their evolutionary appetite—by trying to build empires—the Assyrians, the Minoans, the Achaeans, the Persians, the Babylonians, the Spartans—even the Athenians themselves. The collapse of Athens is perhaps the most interesting tragedy in human history in that here we see the downfall of the spirit of intellectual evolution at the hands of the spirit of war. For two thousand years, science and philosophy lie dormant."
Colin Wilson, "A Criminal History of Mankind."
5. Nay, nay......the ascension of the savages, those willing to send this great experiment back to pagan times and the law of the jungle, where might makes right, that is the Democrat Party......
....what they have done is "the most interesting tragedy in human history."
