Let's unite 2-3 reps per party to petition Elon Musk to use Twitter to organize an independent People's Council of different parties to address key political deadlocked issues.

1. Climate change, energy and Environmental moderated by the Greens

(Cooperative Council mostly led by women to train leadership skills there through mentorships and partnerships instead of bullying and undercutting other groups)

2. prochoice vs prolife health care policies and how to fund teaching hospitals by reforming prisons and death row by applying Christian spiritual healing to curing criminal addictive disorders and setting up restitution to pay for cooperative clinics and elderly or daycare family centers by stopping trafficking of drugs guns humans or internet fraud money as well as govt and corporate abuses owed to taxpayers

(Christian Council to handle issues outside govt, or mixing church and state, such as restorative justice approaches that are causing disruption and division. For this to reach internationally, Zuckerberg and Facebook Councils will also be petitioned to use their networks and expertise to facilitate consensus on reforms for universal health care and sustainable management of districts.)

3. Election system abuses by party politics and reforms by setting up direct and proportional reps by party through precincts councils and Electoral districts moderated by Libertarians and Constitutionalists, based on Green models of consensus decisions and accommodating Voluntaryist beliefs in noncoercion and consent based policies laws and contracts.

(Constitutional Council for equalizing and including people equally regardless of party, creed or ideology about govt and policies)

These Councils will operate outside govt, similar to parties and media, and facilitate position statements, points of agreement and points of conflict that govt cannot legislate but must resolve to prevent imposition or infringement on the signing parties explaining these positions. The purpose will be to act as advisory councils until solutions are agreed on which govt can implement through the existing channels and process.

Update: a friend in Canada recommended "Smart Politics" as a way of assisting more people to approach political reforms by collaborating not competing, and agreeing not arguing.

We picked a first topic to study if we can form a mixed Team, a council of people from different angles: the issue of pitbull policies, should breeding or ownership be banned and how to deal with perceived dangerous threats before or after criminal negligence occurs?

If anyone here wants to participate or consult: what are the main strategies or viewpoints that should be represented or included on this topic?

A. The pitbull policies issues
or other issues
B. The climate change issues
Or
C. Election reforms and party monopolies

D. Health care and prochoice prolife biases in funding

My friend and I agreed to start with the Pitbull conflicts and see if that can be managed with a diverse team (before we try this approach with any other issues even more politically loaded divided and contentious)!
