Build affordable houses that have room for a woodshop on a lot big enough for a nice garden. America is rich in land, use more of it for our people.

And lay out the developments in a grid pattern. No more twisty streets.

They say that laughter is good for your mental health, so just sign everyone up with an account on USMB.

In my childhood neighborhood were many huge three-flat houses built within four or five feet of each other with virtually no yard in front or back. The saving grace was the huge amount of room each floor had, many complete with front and rear porches. Excellent inner-city design.

Hysterical laughter probably isn't good.

Social interactions and purpose.

A man needs purpose. Be a noble man, a mensch, and it will eventually arrive.

Have a hobby or two that gets you away from your got-damned screens and gets you out of your own head for a few hours.

I respect that this thread is made to be light-hearted. . .

But, damn.

It's sometimes hard to understand how others just have it all figured out, while I sit here worrying about things (that affect my mental health) that most others couldn't care less about.

I haven't figured out how to "care less."

I'm deadly serious about this. Owning a home that has a lot of elbow room does wonders for the mind.

I'm not trying to say otherwise.

My problems are beyond only that. That's all,

I care about others but not in an emotional or sympathetic way. I help out of a sense of duty.

At school, teach them reality and not myths.

Put geography lessons on the curriculum with maps and globes.

Give them Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that life doesn't revolve around the US.

Ask alot less of people to start. Expectations are too high.
