With all the confusion over ObamaCare and the Healthcare.gov site, scammers and con artists (private ones, not the official Government Sanctioned Fraudsters), are taking advantage of the situation by setting up fake websites to engage in identity theft.

So how can we tell if a Healthcare website is a scam?
