I always get heat from the left for being on Social Security but I still pay bills. I know how to take care of myself and I don't need the government to do it for me. Young Americans don't understand socialism because they haven't had the kind of life experiences to find out what it truly means. B. Tatum is right on the money about government run grocery stores.
Sure it sounds wonderful in theory to get free groceries but it's a trap and a scam by Mamdani. As when you have the government controlling what all you eat and how much you eat, you have big problems on your hands because sooner or later you're going to starve.
Even when you get to people stealing money from others eventually you're going to run out of food. In my own personal opinion Mamdani should be arrested for scamming people like this but I already know that that isn't going to happen, but what's different from what he's doing versus when you have scam callers conning the elderly out of their money? In both situations they're both scams. Mamdani is a crook, moocher, and con artist. Plain and simple.
It won't work, unless he seizes the means of production or instills strong economic controls of the wealthy.
The good aspect of this is that it would REALLY test all those who virtue signal.
Will Bill Gates have an argument if Microsoft is hit with a "corporate climate change tax" of say 20% on their income?
You can be sure he wouldn't have more than a handful of sympathizers considering how many years he pushed for the poor and middle class to suffer for Bills boutique issues.
Ditto for those who live in the Hamptons and quickly kicked out the illegals who were placed there. All virtue signallers. Let's see how they operate if hit with a big property tax increase.
It's difficult to have sympathy for the same people who pretended they cared but will be the loudest in defiance when the communists governments comes to enforce the false sacrifices they demand of YOU (never them).
